Sonoma State SEAWOLVES (6-10, 4-8 CCAA)

Last Time We Met... was on Dec. 17, 2011 in Rohnert Park. Marie Sweet had 14 points and 13 rebounds to lead the Seawolves. Theresa Henderson scored 21 points to lead Stanislaus.

About the Seawolves: Sonoma State gives up the fewest points in the CCAA with a 54.6 points allowed per game average … The Seawolves snapped a three-game skid on Saturday with a win at Cal State San Bernardino … Jaclyn Bisordi leads the team with 10.1 points per game (17-for-60 in three-point field goals.

Tough Road Weekend
The Warriors dropped both games on the road last weekend with losses at No. 22 Cal State Monterey Bay (66-46) and Cal State East Bay (67-59). They are now 1-6 in away games and 2-7 in games away from Turlock (1-1 in neutral site games, Dec. 9-10 at San Francisco State).

Excellent Effort
Cal State Stanislus put up a brillant effort on Saturday despite dressing only seven players (only six players logged minutes). Against Cal State East Bay, the Warriors battled and had a three-point lead in the second half. They came as close as within four points in the final minute before losing to the Pioneers.

Godde Gettin' Good
Erin Godde had perhaps her best week as a collegiate athlete this past weekend. The sophomore forward scored 11 points on Friday at Monterey Bay (on 5 of 9 shooting) before turning in an even better night Saturday. At Cal State East Bay, Godde scored a career-high 17 points (7 for 14) with six rebounds. For the weekend, she averaged 14 points, 5 rebounds and shot 52.1 percent (12-for-23). She also drained three three-pointers in Saturday's game.

Terrell Stepping Up
Without leading scorer Theresa Henderson, another senior had to step up. This past weekend, Jameiz Terrell did that with a pair of 16-point games, tying her personal best. Terrell helped herself by making free throws as she was a combined 12-for-14 from the foul line in two games.

Clocking Playing Time
With just seven active players, six Warriors are playing most of the minutes. Besides freshman Molly Farrar, everyone else averaged at least 28.5 minutes per game last week. Jameiz Terrell clocked a total of 79 minutes (out of 80) and Rosa Tirado played 74 minutes.

Rebounding Godde
Lauren Godde, who had 17 rebounds last weekend, is still among the league leaders in rebounding. Godde pulled 10 rebounds on Friday for her sixth 10-rebound game. She now averages 8.6 per game, which is fourth best in the CCAA.

Chipping In
The two Warriors being asked to contribute a lot more are Briana Cotton and Devin Brown —and they are doing that in different ways. Cotton made three treys on Saturday (finished with 10 points) and pulled seven rebounds. Brown had four steals and two assists against Cal State East Bay.

Gettin' Out-Rebounded
The Warriors were badly out-rebounded this past weekend with 50.5 to 27.5 averages. CSUMB pulled 22 more boards (49-27) on Friday and CSUEB out-rebounded Stanislaus 52-28. The Warriors allowed 42 offensive rebounds in two nights.
