Davina Meza won her second straight individual match, by the same score, at No. 1 singles but No. 28 Fresno Pacific defeated the Warriors, 8-1, on Monday.
Meza defeated Petra Jurova, 7-5, 6-3, which is the same score she posted in Friday's win over Christie Lau of Cal State L.A. Meza improved her personal record to 11-6 overall and 6-3 in dual match play, all at No. 1 singles competition.
Meza has also won three out of her last four matches, including a win over Fresno Pacific's Marie Boura back on Feb. 25. The Sunbirds also won 8-1 that day in Fresno.
Cal State Stanislaus' six-match homestand continues on Saturday when the Warriors host Academy of Art at Noon.
