SAN RAMON — Stanislaus State placed 29 student-athletes on the CCAA Fall All-Academic teams, as the conference released the list of honorees on Wednesday. Stan State had the second most students receiving the honors.

A combined total of 287 men's cross country, women's cross country, men's soccer, women's soccer, and women's volleyball student-athletes were named to their respective 2015 California Collegiate Athletic Association All-Academic teams. The CCAA's newest member — Cal State San Marcos — led all institutions with 35 student-athletes receiving honors.

For Stanislaus, the women's soccer team led the way with 11 Warriors earning the award. There were five Warriors from the men's cross country team, five from women's cross country, two from men's soccer, and six from the volleyball team.
