Study hall hours will be compiled weekly and provided to coaches. Although every effort will be made to provide them on Fridays, they may come in as late as the following Monday.

Department policy states that study hall participation is required for all freshmen, new (first semester) transfers, and any returning/continuing students with a GPA below 2.5, although coaches may decide on a higher standard if they prefer.  The number of hours required per week are determined by the coach, and hours completed by each student will be reported to the coach by email on a weekly basis. Coaches may modify hour requirements as needed to accommodate competitions and travel.
